Full Stack Software Engineer
As a senior full stack software engineer, you'll have the opportunity to build innovative features and improvements for our design and e-commerce web application. You'll lead the development work and over time, build an in-house team of junior engineers to continue our quest to building the world’s foremost platform for apparel customization and commerce.
Our engineering team uses React.js on the web frontend, and NodeJS on the backend. We're looking for people who are comfortable and interested in working with a little bit of everything and are obsessed with creating products that are on the front-end of innovation.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality, efficient and maintainable ReactJS web apps and NodeJS API applications.
• Writing automated unit tests
• Architect, design, and maintain efficient NodeJS API's and Netsuite integration points.
• Collaborate with other software developers on all aspects of the project
• Build ReactJS applications with the future in mind, including considerations around long-term maintainability and technical debt
• Be a team player and support fellow team members
• Communicate ideas in an open and supportive environment to help us build the best solutions for the projects we work on
Skills & Qualifications:
• 4+ years of ReactJS web and NodeJS programming experience in a professional environment

Sr. Content Marketing Manager
About the Role:
JAKROO specializes in the design, manufacture and sales of customized endurance apparel. We are a global company with offices in the U.S., Canada, Austria and China. As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in articulating the brand messaging of JAKROO. You will be responsible for creating engaging content to attract, retain and activate users of JAKROO’s products and custom design services. Behind every custom design lies a story. A special connection between the customer and the product is forged - a story waiting to be told. Working closely with our sales, creative, and executive teams, will be leading the company’s efforts to elicit these unique customer stories, develop social media posts, email communications, landing page content, and more.
Your Job:
• Write original content of various types (social media posts, search and display ads, Help Center "how to" instructions, Web site copy, email messaging, product descriptions, etc.)
• Edit, proofread, and improve existing content across the JAKROO platforms.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success and Product teams and other team members to produce high-quality content to achieve bold growth objectives.
• Plan an editorial calendar for the purpose of increasing branding awareness, new product innovations and corporate announcements.
• Craft content that appeals to targeted audience segments as well as to broader audiences.
• Optimize content for SEO, lead conversion, and engagement.
• Promote content through multiple marketing channels (social, email, video, etc.) to reach key audiences.
About You:
• You are passionate about the outdoors and living an active healthy lifestyle.
• You have a deep knowledge of the endurance sports industry and have worked in a similar capacity with a hard goods, apparel or sports nutrition company within the action sports industry. To be effective, you will need to understand the mindset of our customers.
• Exceptionally sharp writing and editing skills. Ability to turn ideas into compelling stories and clean, clear, vibrant copy.
• Strong editorial mindset with a focus on creating content that resonates with key audience groups.
• Track record of creating content of different formats (blog posts, social media posts, Help Center "how to" instructions, Web site copy, email messaging, etc).
• Experience with using analytics to measure effectiveness of work. A/B testing experience a plus.
• Ability to articulate visual needs and brainstorm ideas with photo editors, graphic designers, and video producers to create content with strong visual impact.
• Experience with SEO is highly desired, from implementation of on-page SEO best practices to creating content around highly-trafficked SEO terms.
• Experience with social media platforms, including mastery of standard methodologies for social posting for different platforms.
• Experience with managing paid social content campaigns is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

JAKROO Custom Apparel is hiring a new talented Graphic Designer to join our growing Creative Team. You will work closely with our other Designers to create custom apparel designs for team sports such as Cycling, Running, Triathlon, and Cross Country Skiing. Ability to multi task and be creative with short deadlines is a must. We are looking for a designer who can "hit the ground running" and become an asset to our growing company.
Job Description:
• Translate client notes into one-of-a-kind sports apparel designs using Adobe Illustrator.
• Re-work and manipulate existing vector art to create eye catching designs.
• Vetting and proofing design's before sending to printing department.
• Review completed design concepts by other designers before sending to client.
Key Requirements:
